The magnificent brewery buildings that will form the centrepiece of Burton Village have lain empty for some years and it is this unique relationship that is bringing them together and the surrounding area back to life.
Although very much part of the town, the development of over 200 properties, complete with plaza, boulevard and shops will create a distinctive community with its own neighbourhood feel, that is why it has been called Burton Village.
